He was involved in numerous site investigation / engineering studies at various levels for multi-storeyed complexes, industrial buildings, embankments, bridges, water-retaining structures, subways, pavements, offshore platforms, pipelines, mobile drilling units etc. With a wealth of experience, he has developed extensive expertise in conducting thorough analyses of drilled shafts and bored piles, assessing their integrity and determining their load-carrying capacity. His impressive track record spans across significant infrastructure projects, both in India and abroad, showcasing his ability to tackle complex challenges on a large scale. He has undertaken pile drivability studies, jack-up rig foundation investigations and design including jackup rig moves. He was involved in the pile installation, monitoring of several offshore platforms, and has served QA/QC Engineer for several onshore and offshore Geotechnical Investigations , His sphere of activities has extended beyond from India to South East Asia , middle East, Africa and USA

He is an authorised trainer of Pile Dynamics Inc, USA

DR. Ramesh Gangisetti,

Global-Head BD, SGES

Gangisetti Ramesh, Global Head – Business Development at Sarathy Geotech and Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. with 20 years of field and desktop engineering experience in the offshore oil and gas industry.

He started his career in 2003 as a Geotechnical Engineer for offshore jacket pile monitoring. He has been involved in over 200+ offshore piles monitoring using PDA (Pile Driving Analyzer) across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and India. He has been involved in QA/QC of offshore geotechnical investigation, laboratory testing, and review of geotechnical engineering reports. His desktop engineering skills comprised pile drivability, pile stickup, pile driving fatigue, pile capacity, pile setup, axial and lateral pile load-deformation characteristics, PCPT interpretations, on-bottom stability analyses of jacket mudmat, Jackup leg penetration assessments, pipe-soil interaction studies for offshore pipes, and cables. He has extensive experience in analyzing drilled shafts and bored piles for integrity and load-carrying capacity on large-scale infrastructure projects in India and abroad. His Ph.D. research includes dynamic soil response studies using resonant column tests and cyclic simple shear tests on marine clays.
