About the Coach:
Dr. CR Parthasarathy embarked on his career as a Geotechnical Engineer in 1993, quickly becoming a prominent figure in the field. He has played a pivotal role in numerous large-scale site investigation and engineering studies for both offshore and onland projects, including multi-storeyed complexes, refineries, embankments, bridges, water-retaining structures, offshore platforms, pipelines, and jackup rigs.
With a wealth of experience in site characterization and deep foundation testing in India and the Middle-East, Dr. Parthasarathy has shared his expertise through hundreds of lectures at various forums, covering site characterization, deep foundation testing, and related case studies. As a technical partner of Pile Dynamics USA, he has been instrumental in advancing quality testing of deep foundations in India and the Middle East. He is also an authorized trainer for high-strain dynamic pile testing, having trained over 1500+ Students and Working Professionals in the past two years.
Dr. Parthasarathy’s dedication and expertise are further highlighted by his achievement of EXPERT Level in the PDI/PDCA Proficiency Test on dynamic measurement and analysis. He is a life fellow of the Indian Geotechnical Society (IGS), served as an elected National Executive Member of IGS for three consecutive terms, and is the past Chairman of the IGS-Bengaluru Chapter. Currently, he continues to contribute to the field as an Executive Committee Member of DFI-India.
