Building on the foundation of Level 1, this advanced module focuses on enhancing leadership through personality development. It trains participants to lead with confidence, develop emotional intelligence, and effectively mentor others. This level also serves as a Train the Trainer program, equipping participants with the skills to coach and guide teams effectively.
